We will undertake an initial assessment of your visa options. If we can assist, we will provide details of your options and our service fees.

Paid Assessment or Consultation

Where your options aren’t straightforward, or you have specific questions about your circumstances, we may suggest that you arrange a paid assessment or consultation.

At this stage  we will go into further detail about your options, or answer technical questions. These will incur a fee.

1) Assessment or Consultation

A detailed assessment is an in-depth conversation about your circumstances and eligibility. We will discuss (where applicable):

  • personal matters about you, and your partner/family
  • education, experience and business/investment background
  • outline the visa process and what is involved
  • outline any risks involved in applying for a visa
  • advise you of your visa option/s
  • advise further fees for our services
This assessment is for 3o to 60 minutes.  

2) Technical Assesment or Consultation

If you have specific questions about your application, or potential application, where policy clarification may be required,  we will offer a technical consultation,

This includes up to 3 hours of time, divided between a one hour video/call, and review & research of your circumstances, as required.

Why are there fees?

This  isn’t just for the time we spend together.

It’s the 20+ years of experience that we have in the industry. It is the information and knowledge that you haven’t been able to find on immigration websites.

Fees

The Fees for the services are as below. They are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

  1. Detailed Assessment or Consultation –   £125 , 30 to 60 minutes call/video. 
  2. Technical Assesment or Consultation – £275, up to three hours of time – call/video consultation, review & research, written advice.
If would prefer to meet face-to-face, please contact us to confirm arrangements & costs.
Please Note that we may request information and documents  prior to the assessment or consultation.
Payment – Payment can be made by: Bank Transfer or using the link on the QR Code on this page. We wll send an invoice. 

Service Fees & Credit 

If you are eligible to proceed further, and engage our services within 7 days the fee will be credited to the initial payment for our services.

Services fees will be confirmed prior to proceeding and provided in an engagement letter.
